Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily store operations, drive KPI performance, and lead a motivated team. The role emphasizes maintaining stock levels, excellent customer service, and strong shop floor presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a leaving certificate or equivalent, at least 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced setting, and a valid driving licence, with the flexibility to work varied shifts.

Formación

• Completed leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude.

Responsabilidades
