Reperio Human Capital Ltd. seeks a Staff DevOps Engineer to provide technical leadership across its cloud and platform engineering function. This senior, hands-on role focuses on cloud strategy, reliability, scalability and engineering best practices across multiple teams.

The successful candidate will lead DevOps efforts, mentor engineers, and collaborate with security and product leaders to shape technical direction in a regulated, healthcare and life sciences context. Hybrid Dublin-based role.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering with technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, cloud architecture and platform governance.
• Experience developing CI/CD platforms and improving operational maturity.

Staff DevOps Engineer

An established technology company in the healthcare and life sciences sector is seeking an experienced Staff DevOps Engineer to provide technical leadership across its cloud and platform engineering function. This is a senior, hands‑on technical leadership role focused on defining cloud strategy, improving platform reliability and scalability, and driving engineering best practices across multiple teams. Location

Hybrid role based in Dublin, with one day per week onsite. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Ireland, as visa sponsorship is not available.
