Job summary
Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking an experienced DevOps Tech Lead in Dublin with hybrid work arrangement (1 day onsite per week). The role oversees technical direction across Cloud, DevOps and Platform Engineering, influencing architecture, engineering standards, and hands-on problem solving.

- Senior technical leadership role with hands-on engineering
- Strong background in DevOps, SRE, Platform or Cloud engineering
- Proven ability to influence architecture and engineering standards
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for DevOps, Cloud and Platform Engineering.
- Act as a technical authority for AWS and Kubernetes.
- Drive cross-team initiatives around scalability, reliability, security and delivery.
- Define engineering standards, best practices and architectural patterns.
- Improve CI/CD, Terraform/IaC and platform engineering practices.
- Identify technical debt and operational risks and address bottlenecks.
- Mentor engineers and develop technical leadership across teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Security leadership on architecture decisions.
