Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is building AI product management to define the future of Fin's AI platform and AI agent. As a Staff AI Product Manager, you’ll shape vision, strategy, and roadmaps powering Fin’s AI systems and features, translating research into market-ready products.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI/ML products, including generative AI.
• Ability to discuss model behaviour, evaluation, prompts, architectures, trade-offs.
• Autonomy in complex technical spaces.
• Translate AI capabilities into user-friendly product experiences.
• Strong communication and leadership to drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major part of Fin's AI product surface with vision, strategy, and impact.
• Deeply understand customers, business, and technology to inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate with ML scientists, engineers, designers, and researchers to explore ideas and feasibility.
• Ship AI features from ideation to production launches with measurable impact.
• Partner with GTM, marketing, support, and operations to drive adoption and customer value.
