Fin is building a new AI Product Management function. As a Staff AI Product Manager, you will shape vision, strategy, and a roadmap for core AI systems powering Fin and its AI features.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major part of Fin's AI product surface with vision, strategy and impact.
• Understand customers, business and technology to build a compelling roadmap.
• Collaborate daily with ML scientists, engineers, AI designers and researchers.
• Ship ambitious AI products from exploration to production with measurable success.
• Coordinate with GTM, marketing, support and operations to drive adoption.
• Lead through clarity, ownership and momentum, aligning partners across the company.
