Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is transforming AI-powered customer experiences across the lifecycle. As an Engineering Manager for AI-driven customer experiences, you will lead high-performing teams, balance hands-on involvement with leadership, and push for rapid, principled progress in a fast-moving, AI-first culture.

You will collaborate with ML and adjacent teams to deliver seamless agent experiences and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

Exceptional people leader who is action-oriented and product-minded.
Comfortable operating in early product formation and ambiguity.
Strong product engineering instincts for customer problems, roadmaps, and fast iteration.
Active experimentation with AI-assisted development and adoption of new ways of working.
Technical judgment and ability to review architecture proposals.

Responsibilities

Own strategically significant work streams end-to-end.
Be accountable for outcomes, not just delivery cadence.
Work closely with Product, Design, Sales, and ML engineers.
Help shape teams in ambiguous spaces with leadership in product direction.
Write code when needed and drive cross-functional collaboration to move initiatives forward.
Develop senior engineers into leaders and coach for outcomes.
Partner with Engineering Director on group-level strategy.
