Job summary

Fin, the AI Customer Agent company, is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead both back-end and front-end systems and work closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts. You will coach and mentor engineers and partner with the Engineering Manager to develop the team and devise technical strategy.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Perl)
• Experience with distributed systems
• 2+ years as the primary technical leader for a team
• Experience collaborating with product teams and designers, delivering value to customers

Responsibilities

• Build back-end and front-end systems and work with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts
• Coach and mentor other engineers and shape technical strategy with the Engineering Manager
