Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, context engineering, and building GenAI-powered applications.
• Proven track record of delivering software that ships to production and is used by users.
• Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver AI solutions: take ownership of high-performance AI features to help users discover, organize, and optimize access to large datasets.
• Rapid experimentation and iteration: prototype, test, and ship with real users, including evolving LLM- or agent-powered workflows for the data engineering lifecycle.
• Collaborate: shape AI-driven product features and integrate agentic components with internal tools like Slack and alerting systems, engaging with internal data teams for dogfooding.
• Utilize AI tools effectively: use AI and automation tools to enhance product functionality and development workflows.
• Effective communication: work in a dynamic, collaborative environment and contribute across teams.
• Ownership and impact: take full ownership of AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.
