Qualifications

• Strong experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in at least one of the listed languages (Go preferred).
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Influence roadmap and align with team objectives.
• Deliver new features and iterate based on results.
• Own projects from ideation to production operations.
• Contribute to open-source projects and other teams when appropriate.
• Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems for reliability and performance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and own the services you run.
• Mentor teammates and participate in design discussions.
• Learn and understand Grafana Cloud and the codebase of a large distributed system.
