Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Principal Speech & Language Therapist Manager to lead the development and growth of Speech & Language Therapy services nationwide. This strategic leadership role requires an experienced SLT with a passion for service development, clinical excellence, team leadership and improved outcomes for individuals with complex support needs.

You will oversee recruitment, supervision and workforce planning, while driving quality and training initiatives

Qualifications

• CORU-recognised degree or masters in Speech & Language Therapy.
• Current CORU registration as a Speech & Language Therapist.
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience as an SLT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national SLT strategy to grow high-quality services.
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to SLT team.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning for SLT staff.
• Offer expert consultation on complex cases and support MDTs.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for staff and service teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement, audits and strategic initiatives.
• Manage clinical resources to ensure efficient service delivery.

National Role | Flexible Location | Permanent | 39 hours per week

Seeking an experienced Principal Speech & Language Therapist Manager to lead the development and growth of Speech & Language Therapy services nationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a national Speech & Language Therapy strategy, supporting the growth and delivery of high-quality SLT services.
• Provide clinical leadership, supervision and support to a growing team of Speech & Language Therapists.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and workforce planning for the SLT team.
• Provide expert consultation on complex cases and support multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and deliver training programmes for staff and service teams.
• Contribute to quality improvement, research, audit and strategic service development initiatives.
• Manage clinical resources effectively to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery.

Essential Requirements

• Degree or Masters qualification in Speech & Language Therapy recognised by CORU.
• Current registration with the Speech & Language Therapists Registration Board at CORU.
• Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience as a Speech & Language Therapist.
• Strong clinical experience within areas such as Intellectual Disability, Autism, Mental Health, Acquired Brain Injury, Physical Disability or Sensory Disability.
• At least 3 years experience in a senior SLT role, including clinical supervision, line management and strategic service development.
