Qualifications

Professional fluency in English (verbal and written).
Experience in law enforcement compliance, privacy, or similar role.
Strong IS&T proficiency across multiple applications and databases.
Adherence to Data Protection, Privacy and Data Security protocols.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with initiative to resolve ambiguity.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Process information requests from government agencies and customers regarding personal information.
Research issues and collaborate with internal teams to retrieve information for standard responses.
Respond to standard requests using templates.
Identify and elevate non-standard or complex requests to stakeholders for review.
Record and report all in-scope activities in relevant tracking systems.
