Job summary

Le Meas Executive Search partners with a multinational financial services firm to hire a Compliance Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract in their Dublin operation. The role will manage daily screening alerts, coordinate investigations, and contribute to policy improvements.

You will work with compliance, legal, risk, projects and operations to ensure robust oversight and documentation. Requirements include a Master’s in Law/Compliance, and experience in regulatory affairs or financial crime;

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field.
• Professional experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or financial crime/AML is desirable.
• French language skills are advantageous but not required.
• Methodical and analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily alert processing from screening tools, including receipt, classification, and triage.
• Review and verify alert categorisation and coordinate with compliance on investigations and resolutions.
• Track investigation status and timelines for each alert to ensure timely completion.
• Collect and organise supporting documentation for investigations (customer files, transaction records, etc.).
• Proactively follow up on pending investigations and escalate overdue items as required.
• Document investigation outcomes and maintain clear evidence and audit trails.
• Coordinate escalation of confirmed matches to the relevant teams (compliance, legal, operations).
• Contribute to the implementation of regulatory and legal projects and enhancements to the framework.
• Verify, update, and help maintain framework policies and procedures.
