The Privacy & Law Enforcement Compliance team of our client is looking for a Law Enforcement Compliance Legal Specialist - Spanish Speaker, based in Cork.

he successful candidate will possess the ability to resolve complex issues effectively and efficiently, acting as a reliable and motivated member of the team.

Type of contract: 6 months

Responsibilities

• Process information requests received from government agencies and customers regarding personal information.
• Research issues and collaborate with relevant internal teams to retrieve appropriate information for standard-level responses.
• Respond to standard-level requests utilizing appropriate response templates.
• Identify and elevate non-standard or complex requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders for further review.
• Accurately record and report on all in‑scope activities within relevant tracking systems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Prior experience working in a law enforcement compliance, privacy, or similar role.
• Strong Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) proficiency, with the ability to work optimally across multiple applications and databases.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in an information-sensitive environment, strictly adhering to Data Protection, Privacy, and Data Security protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the initiative to navigate and resolve ambiguity.
