Job summary

Principle is seeking a Compliance Operations Specialist in Dublin for a 6-month contract. The role focuses on policy interpretation, case and ticket management, and addressing risk and compliance queries with internal stakeholders.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to interpret policies, provide practical guidance, and support cross-location teams on governance and incident management. Hybrid work with on-site collaboration is available.

Qualifications

• Experience within compliance, risk, policy, governance or a closely related environment.
• Ability to interpret policies and provide clear guidance on compliance or risk questions.
• Experience managing cases, tickets, incidents, escalations or operational queries.
• Confidence dealing with internal stakeholders and communicating complex policies clearly.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to internal compliance, risk and policy-related cases and tickets.
• Review policy questions and help stakeholders understand what is permitted, including identifying potential policy exceptions.
• Interpret existing policies and translate them into clear, practical guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Gather and prepare relevant information and documentation to support compliance decisions and escalations.
• Ensure cases and tickets move through workflows, coordinating with other teams as needed.
• Support day-to-day compliance operations, case management and process administration.
• Create, maintain and organise case and policy documentation within internal systems.
• Support updates to compliance policies and associated documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve ticket management, documentation and operational processes.
• Work with compliance colleagues across multiple international locations.
