Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment in Cork is seeking a Fluent Spanish speaking Legal & Compliance Admin Specialist for their Cork office on a hybrid basis. This is a full-time, 6-month contract role that involves working directly with Outside Counsel.

Responsibilities include processing requests from legal and law enforcement, replying with templates, and researching internal records. You will log activity in the internal database and maintain strict data protection protocols.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish language proficiency required.
• Previous admin experience handling high-volume emails.
• Strong background in legal studies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using computers and technology.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to requests from legal and law enforcement agencies.
• Respond to standard-level requests using prepared templates.
• Search internal systems and retrieve information for responses.
• Raise requests to appropriate management level.
• Record and report on requests, responses and issues in internal database.
• Work in an information-sensitive environment with data protection protocols.
