Cross Border Talents in Ireland is seeking a Danish-speaking Privacy Specialist to support our client's Danish market. You will enforce privacy policies, assess requests under European law, and collaborate with policy teams to ensure compliance.

This 12-month contract offers 40 hours weekly, with extension potential. The role emphasizes accuracy, adaptability, and working with international teams, including translation support for English and other markets.

• Support additional workflows, products, and markets as needed, using translation tools.

About the job Privacy Specialist- Danish Market

We are looking for a dedicated Privacy Specialist to join our client's team supporting the Danish market. In this role, you will work with one of the worlds leading technology companies, helping to enforce their privacy policies. You will evaluate privacy requests under European Law, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a thirst for knowledge, this position is for you!

Work Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexible start times).
• Initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension for another 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review incoming privacy requests using online tools.
• Evaluate the validity of each request in line with client policies.
• Collaborate with policy specialists to address regulatory inquiries.
• Ensure a high level of quality and productivity in case handling.
• Stay updated on policy changes with support from the Training and Quality teams.
• Handle user privacy requests for different workflows while making sound decisions.
• Work on internal projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Compensation Package:

• Fixed bonus: EUR 4,500/year
• Quarterly variable bonus: EUR 540 x 4
