Job summary

Principle is recruiting three Regulatory Response Specialists to join a Dublin-based global technology organisation. This 11-month contract is fully remote within Ireland, with shifts on a Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in customer operations, escalations or similar.
• Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving and case management abilities.
• Comfortable handling sensitive or challenging customer situations.
• Interest in regulatory, legal or compliance matters is advantageous.
• Experience in a technology platform, marketplace, travel or hospitality environment is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex customer and regulatory cases end-to-end.
• Handle sensitive issues involving policy, privacy, disputes and regulatory matters.
• Communicate with customers across phone, messaging, live chat and digital channels.
• Assess case severity and elevate appropriately.
• Work with Legal, Policy and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple cases while maintaining high standards of quality, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Contribute to process improvements and share best practices.
