Job summary

The K Club in Co. Kildare, Ireland, invites applications for an experienced Spa Receptionist to join The K Spa team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing calls, reservations for treatments, check-ins and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-service skills.
• Flexible in working hours with ability to work late or early shifts.
• Primarily Monday to Friday.
• Qualified to QQI Level 5/6, ITEC, CIDESCO or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or recent graduate seeking experience.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all calls, internal and external, in a professional and efficient manner.
• Handle reservations and inquiries for treatments.
• Work alongside Spa Cleaner & Attendants to maintain spa cleanliness and towels.
• Deal with guests and members' requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct check-ins professionally and provide information during stay.
• Liaise with other departments regarding billing, reservations and requests.
• Familiarise yourself with groups, conferences and meetings in the resort.
• Ensure daily reports are completed on time.
• Keep oncoming receptionist up to date with business status.
• Keep reception staff informed about ongoing promotions and procedures in The K Spa.
• Manage banking and float while on duty and hand over properly.
• Liaise with Senior Managers regarding guest queries or problems.
• Promote a positive working atmosphere at all times.
