The K Club in Dublin is looking for a Spa Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and flexibility in working hours. Responsibilities include managing calls, appointments, and ensuring the spa's cleanliness. The ideal candidate will be qualified to QQI Level 5&6 or equivalent, and previous experience as a Spa Therapist is a plus. Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or a recent graduate aiming to gain experience.
• Ability to manage calls and reservations professionally.
• Familiarity with daily reports and guest management.

Responsabilidades

• Handle both internal and external calls efficiently.
• Assist in managing reservations for spa treatments.
• Ensure cleanliness of the spa area.
• Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
