The ideal candidate will be qualified to QQI Level 5&6 or equivalent, and previous experience as a Spa Therapist is a plus. Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or a recent graduate aiming to gain experience.
• Ability to manage calls and reservations professionally.
• Familiarity with daily reports and guest management.

Responsibilities

• Handle both internal and external calls efficiently.
• Assist in managing reservations for spa treatments.
• Ensure cleanliness of the spa area.
• Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
