Job summary

The K Club in Ireland is seeking an experienced Spa Receptionist to join The K Spa. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handle reservations for treatments, and coordinate with Spa staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires excellent customer service, flexibility with hours (including mornings and evenings), and familiarity with spa and hotel operations. QQI Level 5/6 or equivalent qualifications are preferred; training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality or spa reception preferred.
Proactive and guest-focused with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

To be responsible for all calls, both internal and external in a professional and efficient manner
To handle reservations and inquiries for treatments
To work alongside Spa Cleaners & Attendants to ensure the Spa is clean and towels topped up
To deal with guests and members requests in a timely manner
To manage check-ins in a professional and courteous manner and assist with information during stay
To liaise with other departments regarding billing, reservations and requests
To know all groups, conferences and meetings in the Resort daily
To complete daily reports before the appointed time
To brief the oncoming receptionist on business status
To keep reception staff updated on promotions and procedures in The K Spa
To manage banking and float on duty
To escalate guest issues to Senior Managers and share useful information
To promote a positive working atmosphere
