Qualifications

• Essential: Therapist experience & ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO qualification.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly, caring, outgoing personality.
• Willing to work as part of a team.
• Motivated and able to work on your own initiative to achieve customer service goals.
• Fluent English.
• Punctual, self-organised and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a bright, professional manner and address requests efficiently.
• Work with the Kingsley Spa team to ensure smooth department operations.
• Regularly check spa and general areas to maintain standards; escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate group bookings and assist guests with booking needs.
• Perform spa treatments on guests when required (dependent on candidate).
