You will ensure guest satisfaction, mentor colleagues, and enhance guest experiences across dining, spa, and facilities while building strong local knowledge and relationships.

Qualifications

• Guest relations management experience in luxury or upscale hospitality.

• Provide excellent guest service and mentor team members.

• Maintain guest information and honor VIP returns.
• Monitor and report on reviews from platforms like TripAdvisor.
• Collaborate with departments to meet service standards.
• Assist with in-house bookings and itineraries.
