Job summary

The Kingsley in Cork City, Ireland, is seeking a friendly Spa Therapist to welcome guests to The Spa and ensure a smooth guest journey, delivering a memorable experience.

You will work as part of the Kingsley Spa team, perform treatments when required, keep spa areas to a high standard, and raise any issues to management.

This is a part-time, seven-day role requiring ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO qualifications and an outgoing, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in spa/therapist role.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with customer focus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
• Strong hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a bright, professional manner and address requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Kingsley Spa team to ensure smooth operation of the department.
• Regularly check spa and general areas and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform treatments on guests when required.
