Job summary

BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. in Ireland seeks a Sr. Associate, Sourcing and Procurement to support end‑to‑end source‑to‑pay for Logistics and Distribution. You will manage RFx, supplier onboarding, PO management, spend analytics and contract administration in a hybrid, 12 month contract.

You will partner with the Sr. Category Manager, build category management fundamentals, and collaborate with internal stakeholders while ensuring data integrity and driving continuous procurement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance or related field.
• 2–4 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Working knowledge of source‑to‑pay: sourcing, contracting, PO, supplier management.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer-service mindset.
• Good organization; ability to manage multiple requests across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing events, RFx processes, bid analysis and supplier selection.
• Support freight, courier rate requests and cost-to-serve analyses.
• Draft NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and manage purchase orders with Legal guidance.
• Maintain contract repository and track renewal dates.
• Onboard suppliers, monitor KPIs and supplier performance.
• Provide spend analytics dashboards and reports.
