Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, pharma ops/manufacturing preferred.
• Progressive CRM experience preferred.
• Experience screening and interviewing candidates.
• Ability to lead and influence others and build talent strategy.
• Experience with lead generation and internet mining.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to build talent pipelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies for high-level talent.
• Serve as a sourcing expert using market intelligence and data.
• Build strategic talent networks through external partnerships.
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting on roles and sourcing activities.
• Develop partnerships with recruiters and candidates to build bench.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand key roles and challenges.
