Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in supply chain management.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations.
• Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Rapid Response) and related data analysis tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Base understanding of regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, EMA).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials related to product portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites to balance customer service with efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update POs for Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished Goods.
• Build and maintain relationships with global and local supply chain teams and market stakeholders.
• Attend supply chain meetings to align on customer requirements and consumption plans.
• Use ERP systems (SAP, Rapid Response) to manage demand propagation and supply requirements.
• Monitor demand changes and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Identify and resolve supply constraints with stakeholders.
• Track and report on KPIs, inventory projections, and root-cause analyses.
• Participate in supply chain improvement projects and new product introductions.
• Ensure master data is maintained and updated with relevant teams.
• Leverage Excel, Tableau, BI tools for data-driven decision support.
• Foster digital tool adoption and digitization of planning workflows.
