Job summary

The role focuses on ensuring material availability for Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finish Goods, with SAP MRP ownership and strong collaboration with suppliers and internal customers. The ideal candidate has an honours degree in supply chain, SAP experience, GMP exposure, and at least two years in planning/purchasing within pharma.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an Honour’s Degree (NFQ level 7) in Supply Chain Management or other related business discipline is essential.
• Supply Chain Certification (APICS) is preferred.
• Experience in SAP and GMP environment is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant Supply Chain Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in SAP to align with the Master Production Schedule.
• Convert purchase requisitions to purchase orders and manage supplier invoices.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end inventory management including FIFO/FEFO, safety stock and lead times.
• Issue supplier forecasts and maintain KPI data for supplier performance.
• Support site S&OE/ATS/ATP processes and participate in campaigns and QMS changes.
