Job summary

NuSolas Energy is seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support lead generation, qualification tasks and sales operations from our Shannon office. The role reports to the Business Development Manager and involves inbound inquiries, CRM logging, and coordinating follow-ups.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a sales support, business development or marketing role.
Experience with CRM systems Salesforce preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluency in English with strong customer communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Qualify and respond to incoming sales inquiries as the first point of contact.
Research and engage potential clients to promote NuSolas Energy’s solar PV solutions.
Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Log qualified leads to pricing, design, and proposal workflows.
Follow up via email and phone for proposals and tenders.
Review tender documents to ensure required information is captured.
Accurately log and manage sales leads in the CRM system.
Maintain CRM and SharePoint data accuracy.
Support administrative tasks including data entry and document organization.
