Job summary

Solar Systems Ireland is seeking an experienced Solar Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. You will convert company-generated, qualified appointments into residential and commercial solar PV sales, meeting customers at their home, business, or in our showroom.

You’ll be supported by appointment-setting, technical and operations teams, with an uncapped commission, a dedicated showroom, and a clear path to career progression as Solar Systems Ireland expands.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in high-value, consultative environments.
• Proven ability to convert qualified leads and appointments into sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Attend qualified residential and commercial solar appointments provided by the company.
• Meet customers at their homes, businesses, remotely or at our showroom.
• Explain solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and related technologies clearly.
• Prepare and present professional quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities to close deals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with Sales Appointment Coordinator and technical/operations teams.
