Job summary

Nostra, a leading MSP in Ireland, is hiring a Contracts Specialist in Dublin to manage customer contracts, licensing, renewals, and recurring billing. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and vendors to ensure data accuracy and compliant processes.

The role emphasizes contract lifecycle governance, data integrity, and timely dispute resolution, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, amendments, and reporting to support revenue growth. Strong Excel and PSA/ERP skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration, contract management, or commercial support roles.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
• Experience drafting, issuing, and tracking customer contracts and commercial documentation.
• Understanding of contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, terminations, and contract governance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft CSP licensing, subscription management, or cloud services billing.
• Experience with recurring billing processes and resolving billing queries.
• Understanding of recurring revenue models and the ability to identify and investigate billing discrepancies.
• Experience with vendor management platforms and PSA/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft, issue, and manage customer contracts, renewal agreements, and related commercial documentation.
• Track contract status, follow up on approvals and signatures, and maintain accurate contract records throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Identify and elevate any commercial or contractual risks, data discrepancies, or process issues that may impact revenue, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
• Act as a key point of contact for Sales, Finance, Operations, and customers on contract and commercial administration matters.
• Administer Microsoft CSP subscriptions, renewals, licensing changes, and recurring billing activities ensuring contract data, customer entitlements, and billing information are maintained accurately for invoicing purposes.
• Maintain and update contract, licensing, and customer information across business systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Investigate and resolve customer billing queries in collaboration with sales, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors and distribution partners, including managing licensing orders, renewals, pricing updates, and service amendments.
• Support customer onboarding, contract changes, service upgrades, and customer offboarding activities, ensuring all contractual and billing requirements are completed accurately.
• Produce reports and analysis relating to contracts, recurring revenue, licensing, renewals, and billing activities when required.
• Support projects and initiatives focused on automation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
