The role supports children under 12, assisting with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, development and social needs in a therapeutic residential setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Early Years graduates encouraged to apply.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of National Standards for Children’s Residential Services.
