Job summary

CPL Healthcare is partnering with a client to recruit Social Care Workers for a new children’s residential service in Carlow, supporting children under 12.

This permanent role focuses on safe, nurturing, child-centred care in a therapeutic setting, helping with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, development and social needs within a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Early Years graduates encouraged to apply.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of National Standards for Children’s Residential Services.

Responsibilities

• Support children with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, development and social needs.
