Job summary

CPL Healthcare is recruiting a Social Care Leader for a new children's residential service in Clonmel, Tipperary. The role focuses on delivering safe, nurturing, and child-centred care within a therapeutic environment for children under 12.

You will support the Management Team in daily operations and provide leadership to the staff team, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with relevant safeguarding and HIQA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within children’s services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding, and child-centred practice.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
