Job summary

PE Global (UK) is seeking a Social Care Worker for a permanent full-time position in Carlow, Ireland. This role involves leading a dedicated team while delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care in residential children's services.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care, possess CORU registration or eligibility, and have relevant experience in children's residential services.

I am currently recruiting for a Social Care Worker for one of its residential children’s services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, trauma‑informed care. You will lead an experienced team, oversee service delivery, and ensure positive outcomes for children and young people in care.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape service development, mentor staff, and work alongside an experienced regional management team.

Requirements:

• Level 7 or Level 8 Social Care qualification (or recognised equivalent)
