The role focuses on leadership within a therapeutic environment, assisting the Management Team and guiding staff to deliver safe, child-centred care.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working within children’s services.
• Full clean driver’s licence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding, and child-centred practice.
