Job summary

Kelco Communications, representing Vodafone, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive in Limerick. You will drive growth in the SME market, build strong client relationships, and close deals across Vodafone's mobile, broadband and IoT offerings.

Enjoy an OTE of €60,000+ with a base salary around €35,000–€37,000 plus uncapped commissions, a company car, and ongoing training in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales; telecoms experience is a bonus but not required.
• Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a hunger to succeed in a target-driven role.
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• Highly organised with effective time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and win new business within the SME market.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and deliver Vodafone solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products including mobile, broadband, IoT, etc.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
