Job summary

Howden Ireland is seeking a proactive Small Enterprise Commercial Account Executive to manage policy renewals, retain clients, and provide tailored insurance solutions. The role focuses on renewals and client satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities to grow the client base.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will oversee renewal processes, evaluate risk profiles, and ensure timely completion. A full clean driving licence is required to support client visits and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum APA Commercial or Grandfathered Commercial with up-to-date CPD.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients, especially handling policy renewals.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for clients and firm.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships for retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of Small Enterprise Commercial clients and renewals.
• Oversee renewal process including reviewing terms and negotiating renewals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and market practices.
