Job summary

Howden Ireland is seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive to manage policy renewals and foster client retention. You will identify new opportunities and expand the client base while delivering tailored insurance solutions and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.

The role requires 1–3 years in insurance, CPA/CPD credentials, and solid knowledge of personal lines. Based in Clondalkin with a flexible hybrid approach and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in an insurance role.
• APA Personal Lines CPD with up-to-date CPD proof.
• Excellent technical knowledge of personal lines and insurance market.
• Proven track record managing client portfolios and renewals.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and ensure retention.
• Oversee the renewal process for personal lines policies, review terms and negotiate renewals.
• Assess client risk and advise on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
• Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Achieve new business and renewal targets and support cross-team collaboration.
