Top Tier Resourcing is seeking a Site Engineer in Cork to join an established contractor on high-quality residential developments. You will work with the Project Manager, Site Managers and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, accurately and to the required standards.

The role offers stability, responsibility and clear progression paths within a growing team; salary £50k–£65k converted to EUR, with a competitive package and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven site engineering experience in construction.
• Strong setting-out and surveying skills.
• Good understanding of drawings, specifications and levels.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Set out works accurately using surveying equipment.
• Check drawings, specifications, dimensions and levels.
• Ensure works meet drawings and specs.
• Carry out quality inspections and maintain standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams.
• Monitor progress and flag technical issues early.
• Support the Site and Project Management teams with technical queries.
