Role Overview

As Site Manager, you will oversee day‑to‑day site operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of a large-scale construction project. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, and maintain full compliance with company HSEQ procedures.

Requirements

• A relevant trade background or construction related qualification
• Proven experience in a Site Management role with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience
• Confident in ability to motivate subcontractors and work well with them
• Previous experience delivering high-quality medium to large scale projects successfully
• Good knowledge of site safety practices and quality control.
