Top Tier Resourcing is seeking a Site Engineer in Cork to join an established contractor on high-quality residential developments. You will work with the Project Manager, Site Managers and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, accurately and to the required standards.

The role offers stability, responsibility and clear progression paths within a growing team; salary £50k–£65k converted to EUR, with a competitive package and long-term opportunities.

Site Engineer – Cork | €50,000–€65,000 + Package + Progression

The Role

As Site Engineer, you'll work closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers, subcontractors and wider project team to ensure the development is delivered safely, accurately and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting out works accurately using appropriate surveying equipment
• Checking drawings, specifications, dimensions and levels
• Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings and specifications
• Carrying out quality inspections and maintaining required standards
• Coordinating with subcontractors and site teams
• Monitoring progress and identifying potential technical issues
• Supporting the Site and Project Management teams with technical queries

About You

A Site Engineer with previous construction experience who is keen to develop their career within a progressive contractor.

You don't necessarily need to have extensive experience — what's important is that you have a solid technical foundation, good setting-out ability and the ambition to progress.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience working as a Site Engineer within construction
• Strong setting-out and surveying experience
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications and levels
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience working with subcontractors and site teams
• Good technical and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility
• Experience within residential construction/development would be advantageous
