Role Overview

The Senior Site Engineer will play a key role in the management and execution of construction projects, ensuring that all engineering works are carried out to the highest standards. The role involves overseeing site operations, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring the effective use of resources to maintain project timelines, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and coordinate day‑to‑day engineering activities.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the progress of works.
• Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and site reports.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on‑site as they arise.

Key Requirements

• Significant experience as a Site Engineer, with proven experience in large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
• Excellent problem‑solving and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team.
• Experience in coordinating and supervising subcontractors.
