Job summary

Cleantech Civils is seeking a Civils Site Engineer with setting-out experience for a project in Limerick. You will manage site records, material requisitions, and take daily briefings to ensure safety and quality on site.

You will conduct setting-out using Total Station and laser equipment, coordinate testing and pre-pour checks, and maintain as-built drawings and waste records. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience as Civil Site Engineer with setting out skills.
• Knowledge of H&S regulations and site processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily JSSP briefings and ensure compliance with permits (e.g., breaking ground, WAH), RAMS, and lift plans.

Cleantech Civils is currently looking for a Civils Site Engineer with Setting Out Experience for a project in Limerick.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage material requisitions and GRNs; maintain site records and progress photos
• Lead daily JSSP briefings and ensure compliance with permits (e.g., breaking ground, WAH), RAMS, and lift plans)
• Conduct site inductions and excavation inspections (AF3)

Quality & Setting Out:

• Perform setting out using Total Station and laser equipment.
• Coordinate testing (concrete cubes, plate bearing) and pre-pour checks.
• Monitor ducting and pipework quality, testing, and documentation.
• Maintain as-built drawings and waste records.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (or similar)
• Site engineering experience with strong setting out skills
• Knowledge of H&S regulations and site processes
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Project
• Strong communication and organisational skills
