Job summary

CPAC Modular, operating as Cabinpac Hire, is seeking a Hire Coordinator to manage a fleet of site accommodation units across Ireland. You will liaise with EH&S, Transport, Business Development, Maintenance and Finance, coordinating deliveries, installations and collections while maintaining client communications.

The role requires strong written and verbal skills, high organisation, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a multi-unit fleet of site accommodation units.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date inventory of all units in the ERP.
• Track asset movements between depots and sites.
• Monitor utilisation rates and identify surplus units.
• Coordinate deliveries, installations, relocations, and collections.
• Liaise with transport providers and site teams to schedule moves.
• Ensure timely deliveries meeting site requirements.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and internal teams.
