Job summary

IRLANDA TOURS is seeking a Fleet & Accommodation Manager in the Santry area to oversee a small coach fleet, driver team, and on-site accommodation facilities. The role is hands-on, requiring strong organization, proactive management, and the ability to work in a multicultural team.

You will report to the owner and manage fleet budgets, regulatory compliance, and overall safety procedures while providing operational backup during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Must have Ireland-based fleet management experience.
• Knowledge of RSA rules and EU tachograph regulations.
• Fluent English; Spanish/Italian a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s fleet and accommodation premises.
• Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and compliant with regulations.
• Oversee driver recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Monitor regulatory audits, CVRT, and health and safety standards.
• Oversee daily vehicle inspections and maintenance scheduling.
