StudioForty9 is seeking a Client Account Manager in Ireland to own the commercial success and day‑to‑day relationship for a portfolio of top Irish retailer clients. You will protect and grow revenue while serving as the trusted point of contact for the roadmap of work delivered by StudioForty9.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working within an ecommerce environment with Shopify experience.
• Experience handling a portfolio of key client accounts.
• Comfort with commercial conversations: pricing, renewals, negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Own retained revenue target per client and protect revenue through renewals.
• Own upsell revenue targets by identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead pricing, contract renewal, and scope negotiation conversations.
• Connect client strategy to commercial opportunities, not just technical work.
• Track account health and revenue performance using internal systems.
• Manage invoicing and budgets for accounts with accurate data.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients at multiple levels.
