Job summary

StudioForty9 is seeking a Client Account Manager to own commercial success and day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of top Irish retailer clients. You will protect and grow revenue while serving as the trusted contact for the roadmap of work delivered by StudioForty9.

You will combine delivery conversations with commercial discussions, using your ecommerce acumen and strong communication to drive renewal, upsell and expansion opportunities across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in an ecommerce environment with Shopify familiarity.
• Experience handling a portfolio of key client accounts.
• Comfort with commercial conversations: pricing, renewals and negotiation.
• Ability to track, report on numeric targets and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own retained revenue and upsell targets per client; manage renewals and churn prevention.
• Lead pricing, contract renewal and scope negotiation discussions with clients.
• Run a well-managed roadmap of work with each client and schedule regular check-ins.
• Funnel work to StudioForty9 teams via clear tickets and ensure actioning and closure.
• Gather complete requirements and be the primary contact for client issues.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution.
