Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customers in your area with the support of the service office team.
• Plan weekly diary and customer visits, including top 20 sites.
• Retain and grow the customer base through excellent service standards.
• Manage renewals and contract updates for your area.
• Maintain records of visits, renewals, and paperwork.
• Identify debt and work with accounts to reduce debt in your area.
• Coordinate with production, stores, sales and distribution for feedback.
• Drive growth and ensure high service levels and delivery quality.
