Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a multi-skilled Operations group in a team-based environment.
• Ensure operations comply with safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Execute daily and weekly production plans to meet business commitments.
• Complete corrective and preventive actions to avoid defects and non-conformances.
• Maintain regular communication with the Operations team through routine updates.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement using lean principles.
