The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and a strong focus on lean principles to enhance overall effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 NFQ qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in developing a team.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of visibility with production staff and communicate daily.
• Develop a high-performance work team with strong morale and performance.
• Foster a respectful work environment and address unacceptable behaviour.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to support development.
• Review production schedules to identify and resolve problems.
